Delivery Information

We strive to make the delivery process as convenient and fast as possible for our customers throughout Ukraine and abroad. On this page you will find information about the methods, cost and delivery times.

1. Delivery methods

We offer several delivery options so that you can choose the most suitable for you:

Self-pickup - for residents of Kharkov.

Delivery by mail - sending via national or international postal services, in particular "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta". The best option for remote regions or international shipments.

2. Delivery times

In Ukraine, delivery times depend on your place of residence and can vary from 2 to 5 business days.

International delivery: the terms depend on the destination country and the chosen delivery service. Usually it is from 7 to 21 days.

We do our best to send your order as soon as possible. Minor delays are possible on holidays or during periods of high demand.

3. Shipping Cost

In Ukraine: shipping via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta is calculated individually when placing an order, depending on the weight and size of the parcel.

International shipping: the cost depends on the destination country and the weight of the order. The final amount will be calculated when placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

After sending the order, you will receive a tracking number for the parcel. You can track its status on the website of the courier or postal service.
